Japan promises aid to Italy in light of ecological crisis

The people of Japan are filled with sorrow at the oil spill in the Mediterranean. The environment knows no border. What happens in the Mediterranean affects us all. It is the duty of all peoples in a free and open world to assist each other in such crises. Japan promises to aid Italy in the clean up the Mediterranean.
