Press release from BEETLE Ferry Hijackers

We have made multiple requests to the ROK government for the delivery of humanitarian food, water, and medical supplies in exchange for the release of passengers in need of medical care.

However the South Korean government has REFUSED to cooperate in this very simple, initial negotiation for the betterment of all.  Due to the South Korean refusal to open negotiations, ten Japanese nationals are now dead. We request humanitarian assistance from any and all international actors who are willing to provide food and water, and accept delivery of passengers in need of medical care.
