ROK Press Release: Russian Spy ship seized by ROK Navy

A Russian vessel was seized by the Korean Navy within South Korean waters. ROK has strong evidence that the vessel acted in support of the rogue North Korean terrorists responsible for the death of 11 Japanese and South Korean citizens.
