Russia Calls for UNSC Vote

Russia calls for a meeting of the UNSC to vote on condemning the ethnic cleansing in Bulgaria. The Russian Federation would like to stress that Bulgaria has a right to conduct its own investigation into the incident without interference from outside actors.
