Russian-North Korean Space Program Cooperation Announced

The Russian Federation and Democratic People’s Republic of Korea have announced a new partnership between their space programs.

The two countries will be exchanging not just cosmonauts, but engineers and support personnel for partnership in their space-related endeavors. North Korean launch facilities have also been made available to Russia.
