The Republic of Korea will begin preparations to enact a naval perimeter in the East Sea/Sea of Japan and an aerial no-fly zone around the Kyushu Beetle in the event that the trilateral meeting with Japan and DPRK does not result in a timely solution to the hijacked ferry crisis. Japan will provide technical and intelligence support throughout this blockade, but short of stationing military personnel.
